Bill Rigo
A professional Marketing and Visual Communication Design Director working across media type to ensure clear and concise communication in a manner consistent with the brand.
After college I found employment with The Lake County Telegraph. Soon thereafter I went out on my own as a freelance designer and illustrator. I worked with many clients in the Northeast Ohio area over the next 5 years, one of those being Meister Publishing Company.
In 1985 I took a permanent part-time position with Meister Publishing in magazine layout and design.
In January 1989, I was brought on full-time as Art Director.
Over the past 20+ years the Art Department has evolved from a staff of two artists to an award-winning Creative Services team of seven visual communication designers.

During my tenure at Meister Publishing/Meister Media Worldwide:
- Researched, developed and implemented the company's transition to an in-house Desktop Publishing system
- Helped research, develop and implement the company's move onto a Content Management System, and a Digital Asset Management platform

- Responsible for the corporate identity for the company and it's many brands
- Responsible for the design of numerous publication launches/redesigns, websites, trade shows, e-newsletters and product design (both print and digital)
- Manage the Marketing and Creative Services team personnel and budget
- Work closely with Management, Editorial, Sales, Events, Audience Development, and Media Services to ensure excellence in all Meister Media's visual communication design and Corporate marketing efforts.
